Who qualifies for Regular Membership? Read eligibility requirements

Marines who served honorably on active duty for at least 90 days and earned the Eagle, Globe and Anchor.
Marine Corps Reservists who earned at least 90 Reserve Retirement Credit Points.
Qualifying U.S. Navy FMF Sailors who earned the FMF Device or FMF Ribbon.
If discharged, the applicant must have honorable service. A General Discharge Under Honorable Conditions is acceptable under the current MCL application.

New Regular Member applicants: the official MCL application instructs applicants to provide their last DD Form 214 (Service 2 or Marine 4). A Certificate of Discharge showing honorable service may also be used for eligibility review.
